Our project will increase accessibility for water sports by installing access mat from the parking area to the river bank at Phil Moore Park and purchasing adaptive equipment.  Specifically, we would purchase 200 feet of access matting, 2 wheelchairs that can are submersible and float, and smaller adaptive equipment to support kayaking and canoeing.
