Care to CHEER
Kentucky CARE collaborative, a free blood pressure awareness program, aims to increase the proportion of persons appropriately counseled about health behaviors and lifestyle changes and increase the number of participants who are working to control elevated blood pressure by focusing on health behaviors. To provide inclusive programming, CARE partnered with Project CHEER to create universally designed adaptations in the programming to promote broader accessibility and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
